During the annual review of the written guidelines and expectations of the fund's investment managers, consultant Asset Consulting Group (George Tarlas) presented proposed changes to the OPPRS Investment Policy, which the Board approved unanimously. Total fund ~$3.77B as of 4/30/26 (one-year net return 15.92%).

On the Investment Committee's recommendation (after board members visited the Asset Consulting Group and Mariner home offices in early December), the OPPRS Board voted unanimously to select Asset Consulting Group as the System's Investment Consultant. Total fund ~$3.60B as of 11/30/25.
